Exhibit Space: Vendors will receive exhibit space on the Main Floor along a carpeted aisle. This area can be used to display and/or Interact with attendees, showcase sponsored assets and much, much more. Services and provisions included in exhibit space include:
Pipe and Draped exhibit area
Exhibitor badges with three-day show access
All-event parking permits with three-day parking
Drive-in loading / No unloading fees
10×10 $550.00 – 4 badges, 2 parking passes
- 10×20 $1,100.00 – 6 badges, 3 parking passes
- 10×30 $1,600.00 – 8 badges, 4 parking passes
- 10×40, 20×20 $2,100.00 – 8 badges, 4 parking passes
- 10×50 $2,600.00 – 8 badges, 4 parking passes
Terms and Conditions: The term of this Vendor Package will be from signing of an agreement until April 30, 2023. The investment in this turnkey package is $550 at 100 sq. feet. Bulk rates are available. Payment terms are 50% upon signing and 50% due on or before March 1, 2024.
If you were in the 2023 show in the Swap Meet area, the Toy Modeler & Collectibles area or had a Commercial Vendor booth you will be contacted by Vendor Specialist Mike Halloran starting on August 14, 2023 to renew your agreement for the 2024 show. The renewal period will last until September 15, 2023.
