A vehicle can be entered for $63 under the ISCA Show Car Series and will become an ISCA member. Those vehicles are eligible for the ISCA point's awards, cash awards, trophies and plaques and will be judged by the ISCA judging team. All registered vehicles will receive two (2) all-event participant badges, one (1) three-day event parking permit and (1) outdoor trailer parking space. They also receive an ISCA decal plus an ISCA membership card.

A vehicle can be entered for $63 under the I-X Piston Powered Auto-Rama Driven Series. These vehicles will be judged by the ISCA judging team and will receive trophies and plaques in their respective class of car. All registered vehicles will receive two (2) all-event participant badges, one (1) three-day event parking permit and one (1) outdoor trailer parking space. Additionally all driven cars are eligible to win an ISCA Street Achievement Award. 10 will be awarded.

‍NOTE: HE AWARDS CEREMONY FOR ALL THE ISCA CLASS RESULTS START AT 7 PM ON SATURDAY, MARCH 29, 2025 AT THE MAIN STAGE. THE AWARDS CEREMONY FOR ALL I-X PISTON POWER DRIVEN CLASS RESULTS SUMMARY (INCLUDING BICYCLES) AND ALL ISCA CASH AWARDS HAPPENS ON SUNDAY, MARCH 30, 2025 STARTING AT 3:00 PM ON THE MAIN STAGE. ALL UNCLAIMED TROPHIES AND/OR CASH AWARDS WILL BE FORFIETED BACK TO THE SHOW. THE ISCA JUDGES ARE AVAILABLE AFTER EACH AWARDS CEREMENY TO DISCUSS YOUR VEHICLE AND ITS POINTS

Vehicles that are registered under the I-X Piston Powered Auto-Rama Driven Series will have until 5:00 pm on Thursday, March 27, 2025 to be moved into the ISCA Show Car Series and be judged for ISCA points awards, cash awards and plaques.

NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE TO THIS DEADLINE. ANY AND ALL ON-SITE CHANGES TO THIS APPLICATION WILL RESULT IN AN ADDTIONAL $25 FEE FOR ON-SITE PROCESSING COSTS. YOU MUST NOTIFY THE SHOW MANAGER, STEVE LEGERSKI, OF ANY CHANGES OR SUBSTITUTION OF VEHICLES.

YOUR VEHICLE MUST BE PLACED IN THE SPOT THAT HAS BEEN ASSIGNED TO YOU. IF YOUR VEHICLE IS NOT IN ITS ASSIGNED SPOT IT WILL NOT BE JUDGDED.

Neither Global Spectrum, L.P., dba OVG360, I-X Center and Convention IX Center, LLC, the show manager, sponsor, nor any other officer, director or shareholder of any of the foregoing, or the owner of the building at which the show is produced, or the show producer (collectively the “I-X Parties”), shall be responsible or liable for any personal injury to you or any person affiliated with you, including but not limited to any person or minor under the direction and/or control of you and you, on behalf of yourself and any such person and/or minor, as the case may be, hereby waive any such claim for personal injury. Additionally, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the I-X Parties against any claim for personal injury by you or any person and/or minor under your direction and/or control. You hereby assume all risk and shall be solely responsible, hereby waiving any claim against any third party, including but not limited to the I-X Parties, for any loss or damage to all or any part of your personal property, which shall specifically include, but not be limited to, your vehicle, trailer, display, material and/or parts. You hereby expressly waive any and all rights that you may have against any of the I-X Parties for such loss or damage. You agree to obtain insurance covering the above and assume full responsibility for any loss or damage. I hereby apply for space at the I-X Piston Powered Auto-Rama. If accepted, I acknowledge and agree that I will be subject to and will abide by the Show Terms and Conditions, in addition to all of the I-X Center Building Rules and Regulations, which can be found at www.pistonpowershow.com. You agree that this signed Application supersedes any and all prior and/or contemporaneous agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, between you and the I-X Center Parties. Nothing herein shall be modified unless consented to by the I-X Center in writing. Both parties agree all disagreements will be decided by arbitration in the County of Cuyahoga, State of Ohio.
